Hello there!
I'm making a difference by fundraising for a cause that's close to my heart. Mind. I have been directly impacted by mental health personally, and indirectly through the pain it has caused others in my life. The stigma behind mental health is still massive and that needs to change. Without the support of charities like Mind, the landscape for the support and treatment of mental health would be bleak.
