Story

Hi there!

 

I'm taking part in the 10 km+ tough mudder in Manchester on the 13th July 2024, I am hoping to raise money for a charity that is close to mine, and so many people's hearts that have been effected and continue to be effected by a Mental health Problem.

I am hoping to raise £1000 for Mind.org.uk to continue to help them in their Fight to support and respect everyone with a Mental Health Problem. 1 in 4 of us experiences a mental health problem every year. But most of us don't get the help we need - This has to change.

IF IT'S OK TO NOT BE OKAY, WHY AM I HIDING MY STRUGGLE.
