Story
Hi there!
I'm making a difference by fundraising for a cause that's close to our hearts. In June I’ll be doing tough mudder which is a 10 mile assault course all to raise money and awareness for MIND a mental health charity.
Mental health is something that has effected me and those around me significantly through my whole life and these kinds of foundations have been life lines for me and others so many times and deserve all the funding they can get.
I’ve spent the past year focusing on my own mental and physical well-being and I’m finally in a place of genuine contentment in both so thought what better way to give back than to support a charity that has been imperative to my personal journey.
